FLC Living (a division of the Furniture Leasing Corporation ) offers Residential & Office Furniture Rental, Full Service Corporate Apartment Leasing and Staging /Model Furniture, Artwork and Accessories for Contract Sale or Lease. We also specialize in Apartment Club House, Office and Model Interior Design.

Our founder, Sonny Callahan, had a chance encounter with someone “down on their luck” that presented an opportunity to purchase a container of residential furnishings; creating a natural expansion to his existing Trucking and Warehousing Businesses into the Furniture Rental industry.
FLC Living was established in 1974. The business was restructured and reincorporated in 1994 and is still the only family owned and operated business in the industry serving Mobile, Baldwin County and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Small businesses are becoming obsolete. The flexibility to respond to the needs of each project, without the limitations of larger corporate policies, is beneficial. It also allows us to utilize the unique talents of our staff to build an experience specifically designed for each customer – that keeps our product fresh!
